Accessibility

How we support access to the QueueCabin website and report remaining limitations.

Our approach

We aim to make the public site usable with a keyboard, readable at different screen sizes and compatible with assistive technology. This statement covers the marketing website, not unreleased applications or third-party services.

Implemented support

The site includes semantic headings and landmarks, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, labeled form controls, accessible error and success messages, descriptive image alternatives and reduced-motion support. Navigation uses homepage section links. Cookie preferences can be reopened from every footer.

Checks and limitations

We use automated accessibility checks and manual desktop/mobile keyboard review. Automated checks do not establish complete accessibility. Full screen-reader, magnification and physical-device testing is still pending; no formal WCAG conformance certification is claimed. Formspree’s hosted fallback page is operated separately.

Report a barrier

Email team@focusstate.com with the page URL, the action you were trying, and your browser or assistive technology if you can. Do not include passwords or other sensitive data. We will review the issue and seek an accessible way to help.
