How Focus State handles information on the QueueCabin website and launch list.
Scope and contact
Focus State operates this public QueueCabin preview. It does not connect to your private viewing library. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or to stop launch emails, contact team@focusstate.com. You can also reply to an update email.
Launch emails
When you select “Notify me at launch,” your email and the displayed signup purpose are sent to Formspree. It stores the submission and forwards it to the owner. We use this request only for QueueCabin launch updates, on the basis of your consent. It does not create an account or paid plan. We retain requests while preparing launch unless you withdraw or request deletion. We do not sell your email or enroll you in other brands. There is currently no automated confirmation or welcome campaign.
Formspree
Formspree processes submission and technical information, including information used to filter spam. Form requests occur only when you submit. Your email is not saved in this website’s cookies or local storage. See Formspree’s privacy policy. Rejecting optional measurement does not block the form.
Optional performance measurement
Only after you opt in, Vercel Speed Insights measures loading and responsiveness. We exclude query strings and fragments from reported URLs and do not send email inputs, watch history, account identity, session replay or advertising events. You may use to reject or withdraw consent. Changing an active choice reloads this page to stop measurement. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it cannot retract data already sent. Vercel Web Analytics, PostHog and Sentry are not active on this site.
Necessary storage
The fs_consent_queuecabin cookie remembers your choices and policy revision for up to 182 days. The appearance module may store queuecabin-marketing-theme in local storage. These preferences remain on your device and can be removed through browser settings. Optional analytics are not treated as necessary. Clearing your choices means the site asks again.
Hosting and recipients
Vercel processes request information to deliver and protect the website, including IP address and browser information. This necessary hosting continues if you reject measurement. We rely on legitimate interests in operating and securing the website for that processing. See Vercel’s privacy notice. Formspree and Vercel may process data in the United States or other locations described in their policies; their contractual protections and retention rules apply to their own service records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your information. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact us using the address above; we may need to verify that the request is yours. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not use this site for targeted advertising, sell or share information for that purpose, or make automated decisions about eligibility.
Retention and changes
We review whether launch requests are still needed as the product develops and remove them on a verified request. Provider security logs and historical aggregate measurements follow their configured retention and policies; withdrawal alone does not erase them. This notice will be updated before public accounts, payments or materially different processing are introduced.
